Yes. Send us the report and we will quote the items we can handle, and tell you honestly which ones need a licensed trade.
How fast can you get a rental ready for move-out?
Most move-out lists take one to two days. Tell us your inspection date when you book and we will plan around it.
Can you also haul away furniture and junk?
Yes. Junk removal is a separate crew and service, and we can schedule it the same visit as the repairs.
